TopicApiDto Test
Unit tests for Scriptlog\Dto\Api\TopicApiDto.
The transform() output contract (verified against the implementation in lib/dto/api/TopicApiDto.php) emits: id, title, slug, status, post_count, url. TopicApiDto does not emit per-item _links.
